CUSTOMER SERVICES

In the event that you should need to return an item to THE LABEL LINE, we are happy to help and you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it for a different size or colour. 

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

You must send an email to care@thelabelline.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of goods to inform us that you wish to return the goods along with the product codes and you will have a further 7 days to return the goods.

Please mark clearly on the outer parcel ‘Returned Goods’.  Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN GOODS?

All customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.

LATE RETURNS

We will not accept goods outside of the stipulated time frame, other than for faulty garments, and will not accept returns for items that have been worn, or where the tag has been removed.

INSURANCE

We recommend that you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage, and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.

Orders sent to a destination within the EU, will have all sales taxes refunded upon return of goods.  Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through THE LABEL LINE.  Please be advised that you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs bureau directly.  Please note that this may not be available for all countries.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.  Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Simply send an email to care@thelabelline.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving your order, and then specify the new size you require. For exchanges outside the EU, THE LABEL LINE will deduct the total taxes and duties from the original card used to place your order.  This will be broken down in the conformation email we send to you once we have processed the exchange request.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.  If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or colour, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

OUR POLICY

We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.  Items should be returned new, unused, and with all THE LABEL LINE and designer garment tags still attached.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

FOOTWEAR

All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them.  Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.  Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

HYGIENE

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items that pierce through the body (like earrings) or those marked with a “+” next to the product name cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or has remained in the original un-opened wrapping.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.  Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.  Where possible, we will offer to replace or repair items deemed as faulty.  Exchanges of goods are subject to availability.  You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced. 

METHOD OF REFUND

A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the return.  Please note that processing timelines are dependent on your bank and are unfortunately out of our control.  This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping and return courier costs.
